Hello! I want to leave a complaint about the Casumo casino , which openly mocks its customers! I have been playing with them for six months, never had any problems until I won a large sum. On October 27, I was lucky to hit the big win in the purchase bonus in sweet bonanza 1000 - $18,200! At first everything went fine, I passed verification in 2 days, sent all the documents. The support service even congratulated me on a big win.
But then the real circus began! First, they asked for some additional documents about the origin of the funds that I deposited (although before that I had been depositing for exactly the same 6 months). I provided all the statements from the account, a certificate of income - basically everything they asked for. A week passed - silence. I wrote to support - "your request is under consideration." Another week - the same thing.
And yesterday I log into my account - and it's just blocked! Without explanation! The letter said some nonsense about "violating the rules", although I followed them all! This is clearly because they don't want to pay out a large win!
