Hello. I don't know where else to go, because I'm already desperate. I registered on DuxCasino in early November, made a deposit, played the bonus, everything as expected. On November 10, I made a request to withdraw 850 usd . Their website says that processing takes 1-3 business days. But the money hasn't arrived yet. I tried to contact support, at first they said "wait, verification is in progress". Then suddenly the request disappeared from the account history, and this morning I couldn't log into the profile at all - it says it's blocked. I didn't receive any letters or notifications from the casino. What does this mean? Why should I go through such circles of hell to get my money? I have screenshots of the request, verification confirmation (I sent them all the documents), correspondence with support. If necessary, I can provide everything. I really hope for your help, because this looks like a scam.
