Hello. I want to complain about the Caxino casino. A few days ago, I requested a withdrawal of winnings - the amount is about 8200 dollars. After that, problems began: first they asked for verification, I sent all the documents, as usual. And a couple of days later my account was simply blocked. I wrote to their support, asked what happened. They replied that I allegedly violated their rules. What nonsense? I played fair, made my own deposits. Now they won't give me my money back, and it's impossible to contact them - only some kind of formal replies. I have screenshots of the withdrawal request, their letters and confirmation of winnings. I can provide everything. Please help me figure this out.

Seriously? Yes, I registered a couple of accounts, but that was when I forgot my logins. What's wrong with that? I did take bonuses, but I played fair. The winnings from the last account were completely legal! They just want to hide behind their rules so they don't have to pay.
