Help me figure out WILDTORNADO, such a mess is going on!
Last week I played their live roulette Evolution , everything went fine, I raised from $200 to about $800. I bet mainly on sectors and numbers. At one point the internet connection lagged a bit , but everything seemed to go fine, the bets were counted. I finished the session and left.
The next day I log in - and my balance has gone into the minus to 0!!! I was just shocked. I write to support - what's going on? And they tell me - like you had a "technical failure", the bets were doubled and because of this "zero balance".
I looked at the history - indeed, some bets were duplicated . But I didn't make them! It's their glitch! Why should I pay for this?? These bets weren't even displayed during the game, I didn't see them and didn't confirm them.
All correspondence with support is available, as well as betting history screenshots. It is clearly visible there that bets were duplicated exactly at the moments when there was an Internet lag.
