Help! I'm in a complete mess at Catcasino((( I played there for about 3 months, it was okay, but now it seems like they just scammed everyone like suckers!!! I made a deposit of $400 as usual, took their shitty bonus according to the wager, played everything back, everything was okay, then I took another $250, threw in - and then SUDDENLY in the books on maxbet I caught 3 scatter symbols and in the bonus 5 pieces on all lines!!! I was fucking amazed when I saw how much there was, 9800 bucks or something... the first time in my life I caught something like that I wrote to support saying I want to withdraw - they're like ok , go through verification, I'm like no problem and I send them all the documents they ask for. In response - like wait, we're checking everything there. And now the most interesting thing is - they've been "checking" for the 4th day already!!!! I write to support - they're talking some bullshit like "suspicious bets were detected during the verification process" and "a possible violation of the bonus policy rules". I say what the hell are you betting, I did everything according to your rules, played back the bonus and only then played with my own money!!! now they have stopped answering at all, in the last letter they wrote something like "your request has been forwarded to the security service, please wait". bitch, what am I supposed to wait for?? they just decided to scam me, I think. I read on the forums - there are a lot of the same stories, as soon as the win is more than a couple of thousand - they start dragging their feet and making up excuses. Fuck, is there really no way to deal with them???
