I would like to complain about Octocasino. I have a problem with the withdrawal of funds, and I do not know where to go. On November 15, I requested a withdrawal of 1200 CAD, but so far nothing has arrived in my account. At first, the withdrawal status showed "in progress", then for some reason it changed to "rejected", but I did not receive any explanation. I wrote to support, they said that "a technical error occurred" and asked to repeat the request. I did so, but five days have passed and the money still hasn't arrived. Support answers my questions with the same general phrases about "waiting for processing" and "technical difficulties". My account is fully verified, the documents were approved a few weeks ago. I also met the withdrawal conditions - the winnings were from real money, without bonuses. At the same time, I can’t get any specific deadlines or a clear explanation from the casino as to why the money hasn’t been paid yet. It seems that they are simply trying to "drag me out" or leave me without winnings at all. I have screenshots of the correspondence with support and the history of withdrawal requests. I am ready to provide everything necessary if it helps to understand. I would be grateful if you could help or at least explain how best to act in such a situation.
