Guys, help me figure out Cryptoleo ! I'm just furious ( (( Anyway , the story is this - I've been playing with them since about August. I made different deposits , from 50 bucks to 500, it depends. Last month I got a good win in Razor Shark - about $3,800. I did everything as it should be - passed verification (and not for the first time!), sent a withdrawal request. The money hung "in processing" for 5 days, then some kind of nonsense began ... They need bank statements for the last 3 months, then a certificate of income, then a selfie with a passport in front of an open computer with their site ... I sent them everything like a fool, waited another week. And now they write that I allegedly "violated the rules of the bonus program" - did not fulfill the wagering requirements. But I have NOT taken any bonuses at all in the last months!!! I have all the screenshots! Some Indians in support are talking nonsense, they write one thing once, and another an hour later. And now they have stopped answering at all ... The funniest thing is that the next day after the last deposit (I deposited $200) I received something like an "exclusive offer" - reload bonus 100%. Do they think I'm that stupid? First hold on to the winnings, and then swindle them into a new deposit ? How to deal with them in general? P.S. I saved screenshots of all transactions, correspondence and documents. I can provide them.
